This draws on our experience in both large-scale enterprise software and online financial systems, which positions us an excellent technology partner for implementing innovative worksite marketing solutions.

We are experienced in online recruitment systems and the management of onsite contract staff. This includes agency based recruitment and job application processing and outsourced HR services. We have implemented online time-sheeting and line management authorisation functionality, supporting large numbers of contract staff working onsite for a variety of major companies.

Examples of experience in online Human Resource systems:

• HR ASP service – large scale outsourced HR services delivered through a combination of onsite staff and online functionality. To date we have delivered an online time recording and authorisation system, based on the J2EE architecture. In the next phase we implement an approved suppliers portal.
• Online employee benefits – large scale employee benefits ASP providing a full range of benefits management and flexi-benefits, including taxation and pension modelling. We implemented innovative software for modelling multiple scheme pensions. This enables an employee to illustrate their consolidated pension position and to track current value through automatically updated fund valuations.
• Recruitment Agency – an online system for submitting applicant CV’s into a comprehensive database, with sophisticated search and enquiry facilities for recruiters to identify candidates by skills and experience.
• Lost Wax Professional Services time sheet system – a flexible and functionally rich time sheet system developed for internal use at Lost Wax. The system is parameterised and can be applied to any services organisation that wish to record and report time sheet data for their on-charge professional staff.
