Lost Wax offers a range of application management and hosting services. We have a dedicated Production Systems team providing three main client services:

• Application management and support of Lost Wax developed software
• Application management and support of 3rd party developed software
• Application Service Provider (ASP) Lost Wax E-commerce platform

As a part of development capability we can provide managed hosting services for development and test environments when required by our clients.

The Production Systems team operate to clearly defined service levels agreed with our clients, and offer both core business hours and out-of-hours support.

Lost Wax offers a full ASP services on 24x7 basis. At the heart of the service is our E-commerce Platform providing a range of fully hosted and supported online functionality. The E-commerce platform is a Java system based on a J2EE and multi-agent architecture. The production environment operates on large-scale platform based on:

• Sun Solaris
• BEA Weblogic
• Oracle

Our Production Systems team supports a range of business critical applications - developed by Lost Wax, our clients and third parties.

The team comprises customer service staff, technical support and database administrators. Their services include:

• Monitoring and problem resolution
• Application and system software maintenance
• Database management
• Development and implementation of changes and enhancements
